Thank you for being part of the PressReader story
As we near the end of the year, we’d like to thank you for being a part of our story. We’re grateful that you’re using PressReader and we are committed to placing your experience at the heart of every change and new feature that we introduce in the coming year.
Our customer care team has spent some time thinking about how to improve every one of your conversations with us. We’ve launched a Community Forum where you can ask questions of other members, speak with our team, and vote on feature requests. We also released a YouTube series covering some of our most popular tools, and common questions. (You’ll find all of the ‘How To’ videos on the PressReader YouTube channel.) Lastly, we’ve updated the Help Center with a new set of searchable articles to rely on, whether you’re just getting started with PressReader, or if you have a specific questions about new features as they arrive on the website and in the apps.
PressReader is changing quickly, and reached several significant milestones this year. We added social login to make it even easier to join the community, read an unlimited stream of top stories and share them with your friends. The HotSpot Map made its first appearance in our mobile apps so that you could easily find a nearby location with full access to the PressReader catalog. (Now all of the apps include a HotSpot Map.) Our community members were featured on the Opinion Trends map along with the top opinions of each region. Readers began to use the map to find current discussions happening around the world. By midsummer, our community members could post videos and photos to PressReader, share the comments of others on the network and launch their own media Channels. In the fall we began to feature publications in the Home Feed, and improved the search capacity so that friends could more easily find each other in the network. Most recently, we’ve released updates to the PressReader apps for Windows, Apple, and Android devices.
2015 was a very big year for PressReader, and 2016 (fingers crossed) will be even bigger! We have a lot of really exciting stuff planned for the new year. Thank you for sharing the journey with us.
