PressReader App Upgrade
To all PressReader Customers,
Over the weekend, we released an upgrade of our iOS and Android app to enhance the user experience providing more robust features, improved design layout and a wider selection to premier titles. With the overwhelming response to the recent update, our systems experienced a technical outage and caused most services to be temporarily unavailable. Access to PressReader.com and PressReader app (iOS, Android) were affected for a few hours but are now all operational and fully restored.
We truly apologize for the inconvenience this technical issue has caused our valued customers. Our goal is to provide you with better service and improved communication. We attempted to reach out to a number of users posting on our social media sites via a personal email.
